We are looking for Account Directors for our expanding leadership team to drive the fashion and beauty divisions. The Account Directors will have proven international brand and agency experience and will be accountable for the management and leadership of high profile international client relations as well as seeking new business opportunities to continue to build the divisions.
The Account Directors will deliver world-class, integrated brand communications strategies and targeted partnerships and will ensure client confidence as well as inspire and drive a team of Account Managers and Executives. She/he will direct innovative 360-degree strategies (including earned and owned PR, social, digital and events) that maximize client goals in the region and offer creative and innovative ideas.
Working seamlessly with clients, the Accounts Directors will drive the team to exceed campaign deliverables and expectations and be a respected advisor for regionally relevant strategy planning.

At least 8-10 years of luxury/fashion/beauty PR experience, or similar.
Reporting to the Account Director/Senior Account Manager, the Account Manager will be responsible for the management of the PR and communications for high-profile accounts including strategies, plans, client and media/influencer relationships and partnerships and positive brand campaigns. The Account Manager will be responsible for overseeing and developing one or more Account Executives. The role sits alongside 5 successful, results driven Account Managers.
The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of the fashion and beauty industry, superior knowledge of the digital arena, be dynamic and strategic, possess excellent writing skills, have the ability to lead and motivate others and be adept at managing multiple high-profile clients.

Build strong working relationships with existing media and influencers, as well as seeking out new relationships relevant to business needs and requirements
Responsible for securing best-in-class placements in top-tier print, digital and broadcast outlets
