PR executive

Reporting to a PR Manager, the PR Executive will be responsible for the smooth running and the day-to-day management of client activity and client reports. The PR Executive will also be primarily responsible for the quick response to media and influencer requests.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the fashion, beauty or hospitality industry in the Middle East, superior knowledge of the digital arena, possess strong writing skills and be able to multiple task in a fast paced environment.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Respond to media requests in a timely manner

  • Build and cultivate relationships with media and influencers

  • Support Manager to implement communications plans to secure profile raising opportunities and coverage

  • Draft and distribute press releases

  • Assist in the creation of event proposals and event coordination

  • Assist showroom management team with sample related requests for allocated clients

  • Support the PR Manager with planning, developing, and implementing communication strategies

  • Collate weekly and monthly activity and media reports for clients

KEY ATTRIBUTES

  • Must lead by example with excellent written and verbal communication skills and acute attention to detail

PR MANAGER (BEAUTY AND FASHION)

Reporting to the PR Director/Senior PR Manager, the PR Manager will be responsible for the management of the PR and communications for high-profile accounts including strategies, plans, client and media/influencer relationships and partnerships and positive brand campaigns. The PR Manager will be responsible for overseeing and developing one or more PR Executives. The role sits alongside 5 successful, results driven PR Managers.

The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of the fashion and beauty industry, superior knowledge of the digital arena, be dynamic and strategic, possess excellent writing skills, have the ability to lead and motivate others and be adept at managing multiple high-profile clients.

EXPERIENCE

At least 5/6 years of luxury/beauty/fashion PR or digital marketing experience, or similar.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage the development of integrated communications and PR strategies, campaigns and initiatives that meet client objectives, and drive brand image and awareness across platforms

  • Lead client relationships and correspondence

  • Build strong working relationships with existing media and influencers, as well as seeking out new relationships relevant to business needs and requirements

  • Responsible for securing best-in-class placements in top-tier print, digital and broadcast outlets

Reporting to the Director of Events and Special Projects, the ambitious Events Manager will join the agency’s rapidly growing Events & Special Projects division. The Events Manager will have proven international brand and agency experience and will be accountable for the management of high-profile international fashion, beauty and lifestyle brands' events and special projects.

Experience

PRIMARY RESPONSABILITIES

The Events Manager will be responsible for efficiently and effectively managing events from creative conception, planning to execution. Working seamlessly with clients, the Events Manager will have experience in creative innovation and custom production, as well as every other aspect of event organization including; venue scouting, invitation design, catering, entertainment and integrated branding.

The Events Manager will display strategic brand acumen and have an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the Middle Eastern market with strong third-party supplier contacts. The Events Manager will be expected to write strategic event and production proposals and offer key market, industry and competitor insights and stand-out creative ideas.

The Events Coordinator will assist in the efficient and effective management of events from creative conception, planning to execution. The Events Coordinator will be responsible for the smooth running and the day-to-day management of client activity and event proposals. 

The Events Coordinator will demonstrate superior writing and editing skills in all client correspondence, production proposals, materials and plans and a clear understanding of the evolving events and creative landscape, industry trends, direction and developments. The ideal candidate will provide creative concepts and strategic insights ensuring Z7 Events is always producing world class and industry leading events.
